Without conventional weight stacks that need to be adjusted for each user, the clever electronics will let you work to your own ability without you needing to make any changes to each of the 10 different toning stations. And in half an hour you will have completed a full body workout using these brilliant resistance machines. Remember it is very important to include strength exercise as part of your well-being or weight loss programme. The 30 minute cardio circuit is simple and effective. A fully trained member of staff will guide you through a range of stations suitable for your ability or you can take advantage of our Free daily classes.
